General Conditions of Sale

The terms of sale below have been translated to English from French for information purposes only.

 

1 / These terms and conditions of sale apply between: SARL STREET ART, 5-7 RUE DES ARTS, 74200 Thonon les Bains – SIRET : 441 886 777 0003 2 – APE : 524 Z - VAT No.: FR 77 464 418 867 and any individual making a purchase via the website www.streetart.fr.

These conditions aim to define the modalities of distance selling and online sales between Streetart.fr from order to payment and delivery. They cover all the steps necessary for placing and tracking an order between the contracting parties. Agreement to these conditions of sale is implicit upon placing an order. The client must have the capacity to enter into this contract that is to say, is of legal age and not under guardianship.

 

 

 2 / The products offered for sale by StreetArt are those listed on the site at the time of browsing by the customer. The products are offered for sale within the limits of available stocks or time whichever is stated on the website. The products offered for sale are described and presented with a detailed photograph and size chart. However, if errors or omissions were to occur, StreetArt may not be held responsible. Photographs are not contractual and text illustrating the products are only indicative and are not contractual.

 

 

3 / The prices are presented in euros (€) including all taxes including VAT 19.60% and exclude delivery charges which remain the responsibility of the customer unless specified by the conditions of sale. The prices include the VAT applicable on the date of the order. If the VAT rate is altered, these changes could be reflected in the price of items without the user being notified. StreetArt reserves the right to change prices at any time. The products will be charged based on rates in effect at the time of registration of the order.

 

 4 / For any order acceptance of descriptions and prices of products available for sale is explicit and irrevocable. The customer is obliged to read and accept the Terms and Conditions of sale before placing an order. Confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Several stages of order confirmation allow the customer to return to the order confirmation at any time. Only the 5th stage of order confirmation, payment at the checkout, confirms the order.

5 / Payment is made by the customer online by credit card or via Paypal. The invoice will be included with the items in the package of products ordered.

Online payment by credit card: The customer is redirected to a secure online payment window by CIC Lyonnaise bank for payment by CB / Visa / Mastercard. Once payment has been registered, the order is processed and shipped within 48 hours, with a maximum of 72 hours, allowing for working days.

 

 

6 / Shipping costs, conditions and delivery times

Excluding natural causes, the delivery time will be, within the limits of available stocks, those listed below. Delivery in France metropolitan is covered by “la Poste”. Prices and delivery times are calculated using the tariffs of “la Poste” (colissimo only) and the total weight of the order.

 

7 / Returns & Exchanges

 

From the date of receipt of the order, the customer has a period of 7 days to return one or more items. After 7 days, items delivered shall be deemed correct and accepted by the customer. StreetArt reserves the right to refuse an exchange, credit or refund. The returned item must be unworn and unwashed with all tags in its original packaging and include a copy of the invoice. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The package must be sent to:

StreetArt Shop, SAV WEB, 5 Rue des Arts, 74200 Thonon les Bains.

Within seven days, under the conditions detailed above, the customer may return the item for exchange or refund.

 

 

 8 / Privacy Policy

The information collected in connection with distance selling is obligatory, this information is needed for processing and delivery of orders and for preparing invoices. This information is strictly confidential and intended solely for the use of StreetArt.

StreetArt DOES NOT CONSERVE ANY BANKING INFORMATION.

 

 

 

 9 / Intellectual Property

All elements of the StreetArt site, photos, branding, visual graphics, are protected by copyright and trademark. They are the exclusive property of StreetArt.

 

 

 

10 / Law – Litigation

These general conditions of sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute arising from this contractual relationship, the customer and the seller agree before any legal action to seek an amicable solution. In case of dispute, only French courts shall have jurisdiction.
